Email us at contact@freereceipt.app. You can also use the form, which opens your own email app with your message filled in.
Send us a message
Fill in the form and choose Open email. You send the message from your own email app; this site does not receive or store it.
Information to include
A few details help us understand the problem more quickly.
- What you were trying to do
- The browser you use (name and version)
- Any message you saw, word for word
- The steps that lead to the problem
Example: "Chrome 130 on Android. I chose PDF and Download, and the message said Not saved: storage is full." Please do not paste the receipt itself.
Privacy of support requests
Please do not include personal, sensitive or real receipt data in your message, such as full transaction details, payment information or identifying information. Your message goes through your own email provider.
